Subscriptions are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started.
A full refund is available within 7 days of your first subscription purchase. This applies only to the initial subscription and does not apply to renewals or subsequent billing cycles.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction date for investigation.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Refund timelines depend on your bank or payment provider and may take several business days.
