Common issues

OCR result looks wrong or garbled

Try the AI corrections feature — it automatically detects and fixes common OCR errors for Indian scripts. If the image is very blurry or low-light, retake it in better lighting with the camera held steady.

Audio is not generating

Check your monthly audio download limit in the Account page. Free plan allows 2 audio downloads/month. If you've hit the limit, it resets on the 1st of next month or you can upgrade to Basic or Premium.

Payment failed or not reflected

If your payment was deducted but your plan hasn't updated, wait 5 minutes and refresh your Account page. If it still shows the old plan, email us with the Razorpay transaction ID and we'll manually verify and activate your plan.

Can't log in

Use "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page to reset your password. If you signed up with Google, use the "Continue with Google" button instead of email/password.

Priority support

Basic and Premium plan subscribers receive priority support — your emails go to the front of the queue. Expect a response within 12 hours on business days.
